MUSIAD Women

MUSIAD Women Indonesia is a sub-working group of MUSIAD Indonesia. We are businesswomen, business owners, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals and sole traders. Our members are active in their sectors and readily use their knowledge and experience, opinions and suggestions where they can promote the role of women in business and in society as a whole.

What we stand for
We promote women’s educational and professional development, nurture women’s entrepreneurial potential and advocate for the recognition of the many strengths that women bring to the business realm.
Through our activities, we aim to create interconnectedness between women that will foster confidence and generate an ever-expanding network of support. Together we can generate strength to overcome obstacles to our participation in professional, business and entrepreneurial activities.

What we do​
To advance our interests, we organise webinars and other events where women can meet other professionals and women, and men, in business. We encourage women to come together to exchange ideas and mentor each other in their respective areas of knowledge.
We also liaise with other organisations, attend meetings and events where we can connect with and learn from different interest groups and consider avenues for collaboration. We lobby for positive change and get involved in helping local communities in a way that honours women’s roles in business, kinship and in society.
